I’m John Kaarikstad, co-founder and Group CEO of Forte Digital. Throughout my career in technology leadership, I’ve seen how digital solutions can succeed—or fail—depending on whether they create real value. On this blog, I share insights on AI, technology, and business transformation, with a focus on turning buzzwords into tangible results that help organizations grow and adapt.
My Story
I am the Group CEO and co-founder of Forte Digital, an international consultancy I helped establish in 2017. With a background as CTO and department head in digital product development, I’ve led teams across frontend, mobile, CMS/e-commerce, and platform engineering. Since starting Forte, I have guided its expansion into Norway, Poland, Denmark, and Germany, and supported its continued growth through strategic partnerships and investment, including Ferd’s minority stake in 2023. I am passionate about digital transformation and AI, and I regularly share insights on how technology can drive sustainable business innovation.
